2. Citrus Fruits:

  • Lemon juice - Lemon includes a high concentration of citric acid, which is the primary ingredient that aids in the removal of sodium and calcium oxalate from the kidney to dissolve calcium stones.

  • Orange juice - Orange fruit has significant levels of potassium and citric acid, as well as several highly nutritious nutrients including vitamin C and magnesium that aid in kidney stone prevention.
